Eligibility
Qualification Criteria
The vessel registration certificate
Support documents to prove The ownership of the engine

Note: The application will be rejected if the district assistant naval engineer proves that the vessel does not have any faults

Receipts related to the purchase of the engine

Submission Procedure
Step 1: Obtain the application form “Fisheries 49A” from the District Fisheries Office
Step 2: Submit the filled application form and support documents to the Area Fisheries Inspector.

Application Forms: Application for registration under re-engineering - Fisheries 49A revised

Procedure:
Step 1: Obtain the form Fisheries 49A from the area Fisheries inspector
Step 2: Fill the form and hand it over to the Fisheries inspector
Step 3: Submit to the district assistant director the filled application form and support document recommended by the fisheries inspector
Step 4: The District assistant director sends the application to the director general
Step 5: Director general approves or declines the registration
Step 6: Sending the feedback to the district assistant director
