Eligibility
Should not be a person who purchased a House/ a Housing unit in a Flat/a Housing Property or a plot of Land from NHDA to construct a House.

Procedure for Obtaining Applications

Places where Applications are Available
From the District Office where Advertised land for Sale is Situated.

Fees Payable to Obtain Applications:
Non Refundable Deposit of Rs.100/- and Refundable Deposit of Rs 1000/-

When to Submit Application
During the Days and time as Mentioned in the Newspaper Advertisement.

Fees Payable to Obtain Service : Nil

Duration to Provide Service (Normal and Prime services)
After Interviewing the Applicants, Minimum of 03 months take to select Beneficiarie

Documents Required :
Grama Seva Certificate to confirm the Residency in the Divisional Secretariat Area where the land plot belongs to.
