Eligibility
Should be a Srilankan citizen

Procedure for submitting applications
There is no specific application for this and it is suffiecient to inform by a letter.Action is taken on the information given by the public.
The letters can be submitted during any week day between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Fees payable to provide?the service
Cannot be decided in advance.

Time taken for the service
Between 2 weeks and 3 months.
