Application Form

• Application for License to Export Goods on a Non-commercial basis
• Invoice
• Letter of Recommendation (when necessary)
• Confirmation documents

Procedure
Step 1: Importer obtains Application Form from Unit 5.
Step 2: Applicant fills the Application Form.
Step 3: Obtains the Request letter from the relevant authority.
Step 4: Hands over the application form to Unit 5 with support documents
Step 5: Applicant pays license fee to the Cashier.
Step 6: Unit 5 issues the license.

Validity Time Line: Validity Period for Exports is 01 month
