Children’s Savings Deposits.Child should be a minor (Age below 18 years) Father / Mother/ Guardian should be a Sri Lankan citizen. Method of submitting application:- Places where application form could be obtained:- Head Office & All Branches None Week days 8.30 a.m – 3.30 p.m Fees paying to obtain this services :- None Period taken to provide the Service About 5 minutes Necessary Supporting documents Photocopy of NIC, if the address is different from the address stated on NIC, a billing proof. (Except mobile phone bills)
