Obtaing lands belong to UDA by purchasing, leasing or as an outright grant

Eligibility
Should be the Developer

Procedure for submitting applications
No specific application for this and it is sufficient to inform by a letter
Letters can be submitted during any week day between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Based on the current land value

Time taken�to�provide�the service
Within 3 weeks

Supporting documents required
National Identity or equivalent
If it is an outright grant, a recommendation from the relevant Ministry is required
