Eligibility

The society should have come to an agreement in their Annual General Meeting to open a Savings Account with the named branch of LDB, giving consent of all the committee members of the relevant Club, Society or Association.

Documents Required

  • Copy of the rules certified by the President and the Secretary
  • Certified copy of a resolution of the Society/Club/Association.
  • Certified copy of the extracts of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting showing the election of office bearers.
  • Specimen signatures on signature cards of the persons authorized to sign.
  • Duly completed mandate.
  • Copies of the NICs of the persons’ authorized to sign.
