Eligibility
Companies claiming facilities should be registered. A minimum of two hundred and fifty thousand or more postal articles should be posted. Annual reports, survey reports, invoices, Bills ect. Can be posted.

Process of Submitting Applications

Planning and statistics Division of the Post Master generals’ office.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Forms: No fee is charged

Time for Submission
Applications should be submitted to the Superintendent of the central Mail Exchange from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00

Fees Payable for Obtaining the Service
A deposit of Rupees five hundred thousand and an annual renewal charge of Rupees twenty five thousand.

Time Taken for Providing the Service (Ordinary service and priority service): Within two weeks

Supporting Documents Required

• Certificate of registration of the company.
• Made envelopes
• Agreements entered into with Postal Department (The agreement will be prepared later)
