Media Professionals and for Professionals in any other recognized fields.

• Professionals
• Executives employed in Government / Private Firms
• High ranked officials in the Forces / Sri Lankan Police

For what

• Purchasing / importation of a motor vehicle for personal use
• Housing purpose
• Any purpose

Maximum Amount

• For any purpose of a personal nature up to Rs. 3.0 Mn
• No upper limit for Housing purpose

Repayment period

• Up to 07 years for any purpose
• Up to 20 years for Housing purpose

Security

• Up to Rs.1.0 Mn - Clean Basis (without any security)
• Rs.1.0Mn to Rs.3.0 Mn - Personal guarantee
• Above Rs. 3.0 Mn for Housing purpose - Mortgage over land / House to be Purchased / constructed
