To acquire an updated knowledge on maintenance of tea machinery & equipment and the process of tea tasting & terminology.

CONTENTS :

General aspects of tea manufacture
Machinery and equipment used in conventional and CTC process of tea manufacture
Proper maintenance of machinery & equipment for improving efficiency, productivity and quality
Chemical composition of tea and its effect on quality
Practical session on tea tasting
Market requirements of made tea – ISO standards etc. and potential markets for tea
Awareness on HACCP

Duration	02 (two) days ; residential
Course Fee	Rs. 5,000/- per participant (inclusive of lectures, practicals, training materials and full board facilities)
