Open Clubs and Societies Accounts

Eligibility

The society should have come to an agreement in their Annual General Meeting to open a Savings Account with the named branch of LDB, giving consent of all the committee members of the relevant Club, Society or Association.

Documents Required

Copy of the rules certified by the President and the Secretary
Certified copy of a resolution of the Society/Club/Association.
Certified copy of the extracts of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting showing the election of office bearers.
Specimen signatures on signature cards of the persons authorized to sign.
Duly completed mandate.
Copies of the NICs of the persons’ authorized to sign.
