Compulsory For All
An application should be produced.
An application of supplier registration should be obtained form the
Manager–supply by paying a fee of Rs. 500.00/=.
It should be sent along with a copy of the business registration certificate to
‘The Chairman, National Livestock Development Board, No: 40,
Narahenpita Road,
Colombo 05’.
Then it is documented.
