• To build a house
• To add a new part to a house /extensions
• To complete a partly built house
• To obtain water facilities, sanitary facilities and electricity
• To purchase a house
• To purchase a plot of land to build a house

2. Who can obtain the loan?
• Salaried employees
•Business/self Employed
• Income earners from Agriculture
• Rental Income earners
• You can apply for the loan either individually or jointly (with your spouse, with parents or
with your children)

3 The Loan amount you can obtain?

You can obtain any amount subject to the value of the gold

4. What is the Security?
The gold that you deposit.

5. What is the repayment period?

You have to following options of 1month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or over 1 year to choose from.
