Aim:
Provide relief and redress to issues and requests informed by migrant workers or informed on behalf of migrant workers who have migrated through a recruitment agent or self source.

Services:
Handle complaints relating to migrant workers who have migrated with the SLBFE registration lodged directly by the migrant worker or by family members of migrant workers.
1. Receive complaints / requests (only complaints and requests of registered migrant workers are accepted)
2. The following details in the registration are cross checked with the details submitted by the Complainant
- Identity Card Number
- Passport Number
- Name of Migrant Worker
- Registered Country of Employment
- Date of Departure
3. Differentiate a complaint and a request
4.Take necessary action on the received complaint / request and refer the complaint / request to relevant Divisions
5.Handles complaints referred to the Conciliation Division
Special Note - Solutions are provided efficiently based on the nature of the complaint
Working Days - Weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 08.30 a.m. to 16.30 p.m.
